Who We Are

The Pastoral Care Team of Impact Culture Network exists to walk alongside our members with Christ-centered compassion. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one in our community feels unseen, unsupported, or alone as they navigate both life’s milestones and its challenges.

What We Do

PCAL serves as a source of care, prayer, and encouragement for the ICN family. We walk with members through every season of life by:

• Celebrating milestones and rejoicing with members during graduations, marriages, new jobs, retirements, new ministries, and birthdays.

• Guiding spiritual moments and leading members in baptisms, christenings, weddings, and other sacred milestones.

• Providing support in hardship by offering prayer, encouragement, and resources through life’s challenges, including illness, divorce, job loss, caregiving, or loss of a business.

• Caring in crisis by coming alongside members in the most difficult moments, such as abuse, homelessness, or the passing of a loved one.
